Application Requirements:
- Sole proprietors or self-employed individuals
- At least 30 years old but not more than 65 years old
- A business operating profitably for the past 3 years
- Has a total gross monthly sales of P50,000
- Credit card holder for at least one (1) year with good credit standing and with single or combined credit limit of at least P50,000.
- Fully accomplished and signed loan application form
- Audited Financial Statement for the last 3 years
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
- DTI Certificate of Registration, if applicable
- Mayor’s or Business Permit
- Bank Statements for the last 6 months
- Latest proof of billing (with residence address)
- Photocopy of any 2 valid government issued IDs and 3 specimen signatures
- Photocopy of Credit Card/s (front of card only)
- Credit card Billing statement for the past 3 months
- Authorization to verify deposit and loan (Bank Form)
- Additional documentary requirements may be requested upon application
